Delete your Evol account

You can delete your Evol account and the data linked to it at any time.

In the app (fastest)

Open Evol and go to Settings.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

By email

If you can no longer open the app, email evolmedia.ceo@gmail.com from the address you use, with the subject Delete my Evol account and the UAE phone number you signed up with. We will confirm and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in, and your phone number on our servers.
Your profile, memory summary, journal entries and CV.
Your business profile, posts, logo and photos, if you made any.
Messages you sent to the team and reports you made.

Chats and pictures you created are stored on your phone, and are removed from the app when you delete your account. Anything you saved to your phone's gallery or shared with other apps stays where you put it. This cannot be undone.
