Terms of Use

These terms are between you and Biplove Neupane, who runs Evol ("we", "us"). By using Evol you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Questions: evolmedia.ceo@gmail.com.
1. Who can use Evol
You must be at least 13 years old and use a UAE mobile number that belongs to you. Keep your account details safe and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
2. What Evol is
Evol is an AI buddy that chats, helps with everyday tasks and can create pictures. It also has optional tools such as a journal, a CV helper, a business directory and messaging with businesses. Features can change, and some may have daily limits (for example, a limited number of pictures per day).
3. AI replies and pictures
- Everything the AI writes or creates is generated automatically. It can be wrong, out of date or unsuitable.
- Evol is not a doctor, lawyer, accountant or other professional. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.
- The "Roast" personality is for fun, and is meant to be playful. If it ever goes too far, you can switch personality in the app or report the content.
- You are responsible for how you use what the AI creates, including pictures you save or share.
4. Rules for using Evol
When you use Evol, please do not:
- break UAE law, or ask for or share illegal content;
- create or share content that is sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, or that insults any religion, culture, person or the country and its leaders;
- pretend to be someone else, or make realistic pictures of real people to mislead or harm them;
- post spam, scams, false listings or anything that harms other users or businesses;
- try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the limits of the app.
We may remove content, limit features or close accounts that break these rules.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you create and post. You give us permission to store it and show it as needed to run the app (for example, showing a business profile or post to other users, if you make one). Only post things you have the right to share.
6. Businesses and bookings
Business profiles, posts and bookings are created by the businesses themselves. Evol only provides the place to meet. We are not a party to any agreement, purchase or booking between users and businesses, and we do not check every listing, so please use your own judgement.
7. Reporting and blocking
You can report AI pictures with the flag button and block users inside the app. We review reports and may act on them.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using Evol at any time and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons.
9. No guarantees, and limits on our responsibility
Evol is provided "as is". We try to keep it running well but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the app or relying on AI-generated content. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under UAE law that cannot be limited.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you in the app about important changes. Using Evol after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE can hear any dispute.
